EMERGE LW

I absolutely love being a new tenant of this building. It is clean, modern, and has a beautiful conference room. And our landlords Ray and Richard, and front desk ambassador, Danielle, are all the best! It gives me great peace of mind to have my small business here.

Emerge LW has the best facilities for young professional entrepreneurs to work in. If you're just starting a business, this is the best place to set up shop!

I have a small business and use Emerge LW for my PO Box address. The staff is very friendly and the office is always clean. Also, I like the fact that I can rent out the boardroom if I ever needed to host a small business meeting with my current and prospective clients. The location is great for me as they are right in my neighborhood. Wonderful customer service and they are extremely helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend Emerge LW!!

If you are looking for an amazing office space in the area this is it! Great office space in a great location- renovated building is a gem, with all office amenities, clean, spotless and a great neighborhood feeling! Walking distance to all nice eateries in Lake Worth! But what stands out is the people that own and run the operation - fantastic! Have been there 4-5 months - always accomodating for every request, absolutely professional, friendly - cant say enough/ Danielle is the best! Owners are great!

Everyone is so welcoming here. The staff are GREAT. Very helpful and friendly. The owners have actual conversation with you, they check to see if you need anything. Danielle, at the front, is very helpful with anything we need. Building is very clean, always. Great location too.

The building renovation is absolutely stunning, and the offices are bright and modern. There is a beautifully updated and collaborative break room area with a modern and sleekly designed conference room. You can't been the location either! Right in the heart of downtown Lake Worth. You can walk right out of your office door and grab a bite or a drink at the many great local bars and restaurants Lake Worth has to offer. I love it!

Moving to EmergeLW 8 months ago was the best decision for not only myself but for my business. From the clean, modern design of the building to the friendly & attentive owners & staff, I'm so thankful to be here! Glad to be in up & coming Downtown Lake Worth Beach! I would highly recommend Emerge LW to anyone that want a stress free office.

After launching a business in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was very concerned about expenses and the probability of revenue so I decided to start looking for office space that was inexpensive and flexible, yet professional. Emerge has been the perfect solution for us. Great people. Beautiful and affordable office space. Great location. This has been the perfect solution for my business.

I had the opportunity to tour the property with the owner and learn what makes this place so special. It has the perfect blend of natural light, I did not feel like I was trapped in the typical sterile office, it was actually very comfortable with a mellow atmosphere, -a great place to collaborate with colleagues or meet with clients. During the tour I learned that great emphasis was placed on a high-quality concept and no doubt when the construction began a pursuit for excellence remained consistent and a well-planned work of art emerged. This is one of the nicest buildings I’ve seen in South Florida!

I absolutely love my Emerge LW Office Space. The managing staff is accommodating, friendly and professional. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about Emerge LW and would highly recommend this space to anyone who inquires!
